Well, the apples are falling off the tree, The Beatles are back were they belong and we're

all eagerly awaitng the latest dodgy album !

Since the band reformed in 2007 they have entertained us in the live arena, gradually

working excitng new material into the live set, giving a hint of what we might expect

on a new album.

Nigel's social conscience seems stronger than ever and that shows

It's been so long. Well it feels like it anyway, but not for long as we have our Autumn shows coming up very soon.

On Oct 28th we play at the East Winter Gardens in Canary Wharf in London. This will be a special acoustic show, the organisers like to call it "imtimate" but I think that means that the venue is quite cosy and not necessarily that we'll be taking our trousers off. (we will do if you want but you REALLY have to applaud)

We love playing these type of gigs as we ...

I'm listening to some new songs recently uploaded on the myspace player and I'm very fond on a strange song, orbit height of satellites.

I dont remember at all. I like the feel of this demo, possibly the most un-dodgy dodgy song they released. I have asked for details to the band but got no reply. anyone can tell when when its been recorded and who's singing?

I'm going to play it on my next radio show at mruk, friday the 15th of may.

I just went on Dodgy's MySpace to check out We're Gonna Be Together (which sounds really good, by the way) and I noticed another song in the playlist called Hard Days and Lost Weekends.

I haven't heard of this before... so it's either new or an oldie that's been lurking in a dark corner all these years. I'm guessing it's an oldie, but does anyone know for sure? Either way it's a very nice acoustic track.
