Well what a nasty and spiteful thing to say Gillyramone, not in the spirit at all of the band and the fans. Did that make you feel happy saying that? Perhaps you are on the wrong website man, here you go try this http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/index.html

Anyone who is a fan of the band knows that we are not in the habit of shitting on our fans - well there was that one incident in Helsinki but that's still going through the courts so I can't talk about that.
We hardly ever cancel shows, we hate doing that and we've only ever done it in the past due to exceptional circumstances, like broken arms etc.

The main reason why we've had to move the show is actually that we're not all available, the show was unfortunately confirmed a bit too early before everyone in the party confirmed that they were free. That's our fault I guess for being a bit too eager, but we made sure that the date could be rescheduled to July 3rd so nobody was let down. Admittedly, I am happy that I can now go and see my favourite artist at my favourite festival but you surely can't begrudge me that and not everyone in the band shares my views on Mr Young anyway.

Hopefully those who have bought tickets already will be able to come to the new date, if not then I'm sure you'll get a full refund and we'll see you soon.

As for you Gillyramone, will you be there or will you be ranting on the internet that night? Hopefully you can come down, have a great time, show your face and I'll buy you a drink.

We're all really looking forward to out first shows this year at Southampton, Wood festival and the Crisis show this weekend. Did you hear the new tune we did at the radio session? I've put it up on MySpace.

Take good care now care and let's not let the bitterness creep in.

George x

Don't think it was nasty at all. Perhaps I should have put a smiley after "shocking" (I mean - Neil Young!!!), but I don't use smileys

I was just venting off, after I found out that the gig has been moved. Having bought a ticket on the day they came out.

I can't go that night, call me selfish, you get to see your favourite bands I get to miss one of mine.

Anyway, enjoy the gig in Leamington, its a fantastic venue (ranks 2nd after the Barrowlands in all my years of gigging), if you get a good crowd, it will be rocking.
